Richard provided our family with an invaluable service helping us navigate college soccer recruiting. Before meeting Richard in the fall of our son’s junior year, we had no concept of the complexity of college soccer recruiting. First and foremost, Richard was candid with us and our son about his soccer ability, providing us with a realistic assessment of his capacity to play college soccer and at what level. Second, he listened to our desire to balance soccer and academics and help us pursue academically rigorous schools with competitive soccer programs. Richard also has the relationships and standing to serve as a personal advocate for our son to the coaches at the schools that fit our desired profile. Finally and most importantly, Richard demonstrated genuine concern and support for our son above and beyond soccer. He communicated with our son's school’s college counselor about his academics. He even went so far as to see our son play sports other than soccer. We genuinely enjoyed working with Richard, and we could not be happier with the outcome of the process. We would strongly recommend him to anyone trying to make sense of college soccer recruiting.

Richard helped navigate the opportunities for two of our sons who are playing college soccer; we could not have asked for a better experience. He really got to know our boys and took a very hands on approach, attending their games and determining their individual strengths and soccer IQ. He asked questions and most importantly, he listened to what they had to say regarding their specific goals for college athletics, college academics and overall college experience. Richard's connections with NCAA College Soccer Programs speaks volumes of his tenured experience in the soccer world. College coaches appeared at our high school games and on campus meetings were coordinated for our boys with college coaches. Richard advocated for our boys throughout the College ID Process and after decisions were made, he still checked in on them. The moment you meet Richard, you will feel the passion and sense of responsibility that he has for your children in navigating the rigorous process of playing college sports.
